Victor Olatunji is eager to represent Nigeria in international football, following his standout performances for Slavia Prague in the Czech Republic.
Victor Olatunji, 25, had an impressive UEFA Champions League debut which has further fueled the striker’s desire to wear the green and white colours of Nigeria. Recall that he scored a goal and provided an assist in Prague’s 3-0 win over Salzburg on September 18, 2024.
Expressing his aspiration, Olatunji emphasized the pride and honour associated with representing his country on the global stage.

“He will realize that he represents a country of more than 220 million people. And that makes him work with all his heart.”
Victor Olatunji started his professional football career with the Lagos Islanders. From there, he went on loan to a series of clubs in Europe. The striker moved permanently to Slovan Liberec in the Czech Republic on July 1, 2023, for a transfer fee worth €500,000.
