Ruby Campbell, 15, is the latest tragic victim after a silver Peugeot 107 crashed on an unnamed road in Exeter on August 8.

Hanna Green was previously named and pictured as one of the three victimsCredit: Police HandoutThe schoolgirl was a passenger alongside Hanna Green, 16, who died at the scene when the car smashed during the early hours of the morning.

An 18-year-old boy who was driving the vehicle was also killed.

Ruby sustained serious injuries before being rushed to a hospital in Bristol.

She sadly passed away on Sunday, Devon and Cornwall Police has now confirmed.

read more uk newsTwo other teenage passengers were also injured in the single-car collision – a boy and a girl, both 16.

They were taken to hospital where the boy has since been discharged.

Chief Insp Si Jenkinson said: “Our thoughts remain with the families and friends of all those involved in this truly tragic incident.

“We know this incident has saddened and shocked the local community, especially as it involved such young people.

“I wish to reassure the public that specialist officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the collision.”

It comes after Hanna’s family paid heartbreaking tribute.

They said: “Hanna Green, of Kingsteignton, Devon, tragically died in a road traffic collision on Thursday 8 August.

“Hanna was a beloved daughter, sister, and a great friend to many.

“The family are grateful for the comfort and support which they have received and experienced over the past few days, and respectfully request that family and friends are allowed to grieve in private at this very difficult time.”
