Time to touch grass

There’s a new mass outbreak event taking place in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Keep your eyes out for grass-type ‘mons in rare picks and bonus picks
There’s also flair and shop tickets available for wonder picking certain cards

As spring arrives, things start to bloom, and the grass is once more green. But for fans of Pokémon TCG Pocket, it’s not just the real-life grass that’ll be concerning them, but the mass outbreak of grass-type Pokémon! Yes, a new event is underway in Pokémon TCG pocket, so tune in and let’s see what’s what.

The new grass-type mass outbreak event is taking place until March 29th and will feature grass-type Pokémon making appearances in both rare picks and bonus picks. Cards like Leafeon Ex, Serperior, Vespiquen and Servine will appear in rare picks, while others such as Cherubi, Eevee and Scyther will appear in the bonus picks section.

But it’s not just these featured cards you’ll want to look out for. As there’s also additional flair available on Obtain Items, not to mention Shop Tickets available by collecting and Wonder Picking certain cards! So be sure to jump in and collect before the event ends.

Green fields

Considering that Pokémon TCG Pocket also recently announced the upcoming release of its next expansion Shining Revelry on March 16th, it’s no surprise that top events like this are big news. But at the same time, these mass outbreak events also come as Pokémon TCG Pocket’s trading feature continues to come under fire.

The trading feature, I fear, may overshadow the excitement for many of these expansions and events. While there were changes announced, for whatever reason they’re not coming until autumn, a time when I fear many players will have lost interest (at least in the trading feature itself).

But if you’re a Pokémon fanatic regardless, you might want to at least check in on our list of Pokémon Go codes to still get a free boost in what remains the topmost appealing release in its genre.
