PTSB is partnering with Irish modular building company BuildWright to provide mortgages for new modular homes.
Customers buying a BuildWright modular home – a near turnkey property constructed in about six months – qualify for PTSB’s Green Mortgage, which offers fixed lending rates of between 3.35pc and 3.80pc. Rates depend on the loan amount, the term required and the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio.
