‘Love Island’ Spinoff ‘Beyond the Villa’ Greenlit With Leah Kateb, JaNa Craig, Serena Page, Others

The show will feature the stars of Season Six, along with several of their boyfriends and exes

Love Island USA is getting a spinoff. Peacock announced Thursday that it will premiere a spinoff, tentatively titled Love Island: Beyond the Villa, this summer, featuring stars from Season Six as they navigate life in Los Angeles.

JaNa Craig, Leah Kateb, and Serena Page — the crew known as PPG — will star in the series, as well as their boyfriends, Miguel Harichi and Kenny Rodriguez. Olivia Walker, Kaylor Martin and Kendall Washington will also appear in the show as will Martin’s ex Aaron Evans and Connor Newsum.

The new series will follow “everyone’s favorite Season 6 Islanders around Los Angeles as they navigate new careers, evolving friendships, newfound fame, and complex relationships outside of the Love Island villa,” per a logline. Page’s boyfriend, Kordell Beckham, and Rob Rausch are notably missing from the cast.

David George, Adam Sher, Richard Foster, and Chet Fenster — who worked on the original U.S. show — are executive producing the Los Angeles-based series alongside Sarah Howell and Richard Bye.

Love Island USA‘s sixth season shone as Peacock’s biggest, most-viewed reality program on the platform after Peacock acquired the program from CBS in 2022. Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix hosted the Fiji-held reality show last year, which Beckham and Page won. Kateb and Harichi were runners-up on the season, and Craig and Rodriguez took third place.

“Yes, this is a show called Love Island and we love people falling in love but it’s actually a show about people we can relate to who have the same problems as us going away for summer vacation and having fun,” Simon Thomas, Love Island USA’s executive producer, told Rolling Stone about the show last summer. “We want people to be sex-positive, we want them to have fun. The judgment is, can you do that without hurting someone else? We’re not asking, will they fall in love? We’re seeing, will they hurt each other once they’ve hooked up? And I think that’s been the test that they keep running into this year in a way that I’ve never seen.”
