No, not that type of cabin
Oh My Anne has a new decoration event themed around a Cabin in the Woods
Earn event currency and exchange for 33 themed items up until March 26th
A new season pass is also available with exclusive rewards until April 2nd
When it comes to classic literature one surprisingly timeless series is that of Anne of Green Gables, a long-running coming-of-age story centering on the titular orphan Anne Shirley and her life in the fictional town of Avonlea, Canada at the turn of the 19th century. Beloved by all ages it’s little surprise developer Neowiz found such success with their match-three adaptation Oh My Anne!
Now, a new decoration event takes you from the town of Avonlea and out to a rustic cabin in the woods. Fortunately, there are no murderers or monsters to be seen, as this event lets you transform Anne’s Green Gable Home into something a bit more backwoods and homely.
You can also check out the First Date Magic season pass has been released featuring the Check Cotton Co-ord outfit for Anne and the Fluffball Baabe pet as well. Available until April 2nd this season pass features all manner of rewards, cosmetics and more.
Anno
Oh my Anne is one of those releases that always sticks out to me because of how odd it is. When you break it down this is a match-three adaptation of a 1908 novel series that adds all manner of cutesy, stylised content. At the same time given that Neowiz are apparently plumping the original novel for all manner of side stories and content, I can hardly fault them for enthusiasm.
Be sure to check in for the Cabin in the Woods decoration event sharpish though, because it’s only running until March 26th! Earning event currency can nab you 33 themed items to decorate Anne’s home with, so it’s well worth checking in.
In the meantime if you’re looking to diversify your palate somewhat why not check out our new series Off the AppStore to find top new releases that aren’t available on mainstream storefronts?
